We collect attendee identifiers (Scout reference codes) and region checkpoints scan data for entry and exit safety tracking purposes only. No personal demographic details, contacts, or financial details are stored inside this check-in system.

2. Data Security & Storage

All data is hosted securely and is encrypted in transit. Access is strictly limited to authorized clerks, gate supervisors, and camp chiefs based on assigned matrix permissions.

3. Data Deletion

All scanned check-in records are kept for the duration of the event and are securely archived or purged afterwards under KSA guidelines.
